To Feel Better, Look Better, Live Better!
This site and these programs were born from a need for a mom to have a FIT. It seems the kids are always having a fit of some sort, so why shouldn’t we? Being mature and responsible means that when mom has a fit, it can’t really be about throwing ourselves on the floor or hiding out over who stole my cookie or why these pants make me look so big. We have to work out our small daily frustrations and pursue our goals in a positive way and be an example to those who look up to us. So when I decided to “have a fit”, this is what happened… I became passionate about learning and educating myself and others about physical fitness and how it can improve our health and lives!
Taking ownership of your FIT is to understand your own personal fitness needs and set goals! Then… the options are virtually unlimited for how you choose to have your FIT and enjoy reaching your goals!
Have Your Fit is your link to: personal training, group fitness classes and connections to resources! The word F.I.T. is actually an acrostic which identifies the variables that can determine how effective having your FIT can be!
- FREQUENCY – How often?
- INTENSITY – How much effort?
- TIMING – How long and when?
Like most things in life, if you are not moving forward towards a goal, you will eventually go backwards.
Whether your goals are to be healthier, stronger, thinner, less winded, more toned, more flexible, go further distances, have more energy, to run a marathon or just climb into the back of a suburban without passing out, we can help you define it and get there! This is a road that many of us have traveled, and believe me, it’s more fun with friends!
